Scope
This policy describes the site-owned features of Tourism Grand Teton, an independent informational travel guide. It does not replace the privacy terms of WordPress, hosting, security, analytics, embedded, tour, lodging, map, or other third-party services that an owner may configure.
Site-owned collection
The theme does not add an analytics tracker, advertising pixel, remote font, remote JavaScript library, account system, active newsletter signup, or functioning contact submission. The visible newsletter and contact states are inactive and do not transmit the text a visitor enters.
Routine technical data
The hosting environment, WordPress core, and active security or performance plugins may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, cookies, and diagnostic events. The owner should review the live plugin and hosting configuration before launch because those systems operate outside this theme.
Tour and lodging services
Provider-owned links, widgets, or booking surfaces may process identifiers, clicks, cookies, availability requests, reservations, and payments under the provider’s own terms. Tourism Grand Teton does not receive payment-card data through its theme. A visitor should review the provider notice shown at the point of interaction.
Editorial links
Links to park, Tribal, government, map, transport, or other external websites leave this site. Those destinations set their own privacy practices.
Choices and requests
Browser controls can limit cookies and local storage, although some provider features may then be unavailable. A public privacy-request channel has not yet been configured, so no request form is presented as operational. The site owner must add a verified delivery route before inviting privacy requests by email or form.
Children, retention, and changes
This site is a general travel-information resource and is not designed to solicit information from children. Site-owned inactive fields retain nothing. Any retention by hosting or active plugins depends on their configured policies. Material changes to this notice should receive a new effective date.
